The Room Temperature Dyeing Machine is designed for testing dyeing recipes, including mixing, washing, blanching, fixation, dyeing, and fastness testing of various fabrics such as natural fibers, chemical fibers, and blended fabrics, all under room temperature conditions. The machine's test glass features a vertical flipping movement, ensuring uniform dyeing results with excellent repeatability. This machine is ideal for assessing the dyeing performance and fastness of cotton fabrics and other textile blends, providing consistent and reliable results for fabric manufacturers and quality control labs.

1. The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel 304 sheet.
2. Equipped with a precision heating system, a PT-100 thermocouple, and a programmable temperature control computer (with heating rate).
3. The medium is water, and the maximum temperature is 99°C. The liquor ratio is 1:5-1:20.
4. Equipped with Taiwan imported motor and governor. Power AS-12 cup is 40W, AS-24 is 60W.
5. Stainless steel heating tube, power: AS-12 cup is 3KW, AS-24 is 6KW.
6. The way of clamping the cup is cup claw or spring structure. 12 or 24 250㏄ glass triangular beakers can be placed arbitrarily.
