Application:

This Sublimation Tester is designed for various fabric testing applications, including sublimation color fastness, chlorine loss (resin-finished fabrics), bleached cloth yellowing, disperse dye sublimation color fastness, and reactive dye water ironing fastness, among others.

The tester typically supports three types of fabric sublimation color fastness tests:

1. Dry Press Test (when the specimen is dry)

2. Semi-Dry Press Test (when the specimen is partially wet)

3. Wet Press Test (when the specimen is completely wet)

Features:

Accurate Testing: The upper and lower heating blocks are crafted from aluminum alloy, treated with grinding and sandblasting oxidation for optimal coupling with the sample. The adiabatic body surrounding the heating block is made from PTFE die-casting, offering excellent insulation and ensuring even temperature distribution.

High Efficiency with Three Stations: The tester allows for simultaneous testing of three different samples. Each station features independently controlled upper and lower heating plates, allowing for precise temperature control and individual temperature and time settings.

User-Friendly and Durable: The industrial-grade color touchscreen display and intuitive human-machine interface make operation easy. The solid-state relay control for the heater ensures silent operation with a long lifespan.

Customizable Testing Conditions: The Scorch Tester is equipped with a digital temperature controller, enabling users to set the test temperature according to specific requirements.

Precise Timing: The Sublimation Fastness Tester includes a digital timing controller, ensuring accurate control of the heating duration for each test.
