Fabric Downproof Tester (Tumble Method), to test the down-proof performance of down and feather filled fabric in stopping down or feathers dropping out from the yarn gap. Expressed as the number of feathers falling out under specified conditions. It is mainly used to test the performance of the lining of down products and fabrics in stopping the down from falling off.
Introduction:

Working principle:
Cut a sample of the specified size from the sample fabric to be tested and sew it into a pocket of the specified size, fill it with a certain quality of down, feather or a mixture of the two, and sew the open end to make a test pad of the specified size . Install the two sides of the prepared test pad on the fixture of the instrument to fix and clamp it. After starting the instrument, the number of down and feathers penetrating the fabric is counted after testing the specified number of times, thereby judging the degree of anti-drilling down of the fabric.
Features:
The tumbling box of can achieve counterclockwise and clockwise rotation. Thus realistically simulating the squeezing of the fabric during use, so that the test will have more reference value. The tumbling box is made of organic glass, easy to observe the entire test process. The control panel can set the rotation speed and the number of rotations, and display the number of rotations in operation to meet the requirements of different customers.
In addition, the down-proof tester has a pointing function, the tumbling box can stay in any position, which is convenient for the tester to put in the specimen, making the operation more convenient.
